- Providing a 1:1 debrief on the Facet5 report focusing on strengths, highlighting growth
- Ongoing virtual coaching by assigned coaches (frequency / duration to be agreed)
Developing the organisation
Line manager support is fundamental for improving the pipeline and by including them as a critical part of the programme, we approach supporting and involving line managers to accelerate culture change.
- Debrief to line managers on personality assessment known as Leading Edge and Spotlight
- Dedicated Workshop / Webinar at specific intervals in the programme for line managers
- Feedback assessment debrief to line managers
Partnering - D&I, talent and HR
Consultancy and advice to D&I, talent and HR Business Partners to support them in their analytics, executive presentations and also keeping them involved as the programme journey progresses and concludes through feedback.
- Establishing Talent KPIs and meaningful indicators that link back to talent pipeline plans
- Supporting the team for inputs for diversity analytics, updates and presentations to eg. ExCo
